Customer Reviews
Got the Sports Pack
I just wanted the Sports Pack for the season, so I added it to my current plan. It was pretty easy to do online, just a few clicks. Everything started working right away, which was good. No issues or anything. It felt pretty seamless.
NFL Sunday Ticket worked.
Bought NFL Sunday Ticket. It worked great all season. No buffering problems. Happy with the purchase.
Good value with the promo
I signed up for DIRECTV STREAM for the first time and got the new customer promotion, which made the Entertainment Package pretty affordable for the first few months. It was a good deal, saved me about $20 a month compared to their regular price. I felt it was worth the money, especially with the HBO Max add-on included for a trial period. Definitely helped my budget.
Consistent service, easy upgrade
I've been with DirecTV for a few years now, first with satellite and then switched to STREAM. This time I added the Movies Extra Pack to my Choice Package. The process was super smooth, just like my past experiences. It's reliable, and I know what to expect. That's why I keep coming back.
Stream works well, support was quick
My family recently switched to DIRECTV STREAM, getting the Ultimate Package. Ordering online was straightforward, and the confirmation email came right away. We used our own streaming devices, so no equipment to wait for. The picture quality is great, and the Cloud DVR Storage has been more than enough for us. I had a quick question about multi-room viewing, and their online chat support got back to me in about 5 minutes, solving it without any fuss. The app itself is easy to navigate, much better than I expected. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.
So many channels, love it!
I just got the Premier Package and I'm so happy with all the channels! I can't believe how much I'm watching now. The 4K streaming looks incredible on my TV. I will absolutely shop again when I want to add more sports packages. You guys are awesome!
